Directors of the Company
The directors are responsible for the determination of the group's investment objectives and policies and have overall responsibility for the group's activities, including the review of investment activity and performance.
The directors are responsible for the overall management of the Company. To assist them, the directors have appointed Lathe Investments (Nordic) LLP as Manager under the terms of a management agreement and have delegated certain responsibilities to them, including identifying potential property investments, managing the acquisition process and managing the Company's property investments. The directors meet regularly to review the performance of the Manager and the other service providers, the risk profile of the Company and its investment performance. Ultimately the board takes all decisions on behalf of the Company.

Ray is chairman of Real Estate Opportunities plc ('REO'), which in 2001 took over Jermyn Investment Properties PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed company of which he was chairman. REO is listed on the London, Channel Islands, and Irish Stock Exchanges.
Ray is also chairman of China Real Estate Opportunities Limited, the shares of which are traded on AIM. He is chairman of Castle Market Holdings Limited and Havenview Investments Limited, companies with major property assets in the Republic of Ireland, vice chairman of Sandyport Development Company Limited, a private property company in Nassau, and chairman of Rayford Homes Limited.

Keith was managing partner of KPMG, Jersey, from 1975 to 1997, where he specialised in audit and advisory services to the finance sector. Clients included subsidiaries of major UK and overseas banks and institutional investment and pension funds.
Previously he was a council member and treasurer of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce and trustee and treasurer of the Jersey Child Care Trust (appointee of the States of Jersey Finance and Economics Committee).
Keith has been a director of a number of public and private companies and is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of Real Estate Opportunities plc, a company of which Ray Horney is the Chairman.

Richard Thomas (aged 60) is a Jersey Advocate and Partner of Ogier in Jersey.
He specialises in investment funds, securitisation, special purpose vehicles and advising on banking and corporate matters.
He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1976 and prior to joining Ogier practised with Slaughter and May in London.
In July 2007, Richard became Chairman of the Jersey Funds Association (JFA). The JFA represents Jersey's funds sector, working in association with industry regulators and legislators both locally and globally.

Philip Jenkinson (aged 60) was called to the French Bar in 1985 and is currently managing partner of Triplet and Associes, a French law practice specialising not only in French Corporate and M & A matters but also Real Property in France.
Prior to being called to the French Bar, he spent six years as Vice Consul (Commercial) at a British Consulate overseas and before that he worked in industry for seven years with Italian, Dutch and UK corporations.Philip is a non-executive director of Real Estate Opportunities plc and of Central Railway Limited. He is also a director of SCI St Yves and a member of SCI Triplet.

Lathe has been engaged by the Company to act as Manager to the Company and its subsidiaries and to assist in the management of the Group's investments and asset management of its property portfolio pursuant to a management agreement.

Ian is the founder and managing director of Lathe Investments which was established in 1996 and is manager of the Redleaf shopping centre funds. He is responsible for strategy and investor relations.
Lathe founded Nordic Land plc, and Ian was managing director until 12 April 2010 when he and Olle Arnoldsson, the two executive directors, resigned from the board.
Prior to establishing Lathe, he was for five years a partner of Knight Frank LLP and a director of Knight Frank Corporate Finance Limited, which was responsible for FSA-regulated investment business. He was also the firm's property receiver on behalf of many major bank and institutional clients, operating in the UK and continental Europe. He previously spent five years with the Scandinavian bank Nordea, based in London.
Ian is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Richard is primarily responsible for all financial matters relating to the management, structuring and development of Nordic Land and the Redleaf shopping centre funds.
Richard joined Lathe in April 2004. Previously, Richard was finance director of The Milton Group, a private property company and, before that, group accountant at Brixton plc, a FTSE250 property company. Prior to this, Richard qualified at KPMG. He has extensive experience in funding, financial reporting, taxation and treasury matters.
Richard is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).
